Amberley Museum is a 36 acre open-air site dedicated to preserving the industrial heritage of the south east. Exhibits include a narrow-gauge railway & historic bus collection (both of which provide free transport around the site). The Electricity Hall, a Printing Workshop and a roadmakers' exhibition. The museum is also home to traditional craftsmen, such as the broom-maker, blacksmith, stained glass maker, walking stick maker & potter. Our new Connected Earth exhibition hall opens this summer. There is also a 120-seater restaurant, gift shop and numerous picnic areas. We are open from 13 February to 31 October 2010 Tuesday to Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays and West Sussex County Council School Holidays.
